About Norfolk & Suffolk Health
and Care Expo
Expo 2026 once again demonstrated its value as the flagship annual event for health and care partners across Norfolk and Suffolk, bringing together colleagues from NHS organisations and NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, voluntary and community sector organisations, general practice, primary care, and social care providers.
Organised by a dedicated team on behalf of NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB), Norfolk County Council, and Suffolk County Council, the event provided a unique opportunity for partners from across the system to connect, share learning, strengthen relationships, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Held on Friday 3 July 2026 at the Rowley Mile Racecourse in Newmarket, Suffolk, Expo 2026 welcomed more than 1,500 delegates from across the region, making it one of the largest and most significant gatherings of health and care professionals in Norfolk and Suffolk.
The day featured a vibrant programme of exhibitions, workshops, presentations, and performances, showcasing innovation, best practice, and the incredible work taking place across our communities and organisations. The event created space for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and the development of partnerships that will continue to support the delivery of high-quality care and improved outcomes for local people.
Expo 2026 highlighted the strength of collaboration across the Norfolk and Suffolk health and care system and reinforced our shared commitment to working together to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead

Have questions about Expo 2026? Find key information below.
Why is Expo taking place?
The purpose of Expo is to help to build relationships between all partners across the new Norfolk and Suffolk health and care system. There is a strong evidence base for the importance of building trust and relationships between local health and care organisations.
What does the event cost and does it make a profit?
The costs for Expo are deliberately kept very low. The event is made possible by using existing resources from the health and care system. Catering is not provided and delegates are expected to purchase their own refreshments. ‘For profit’ organisations who participate are charged for their attendance
