Report was thorough and went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a mid-level survey done for a house we are purchasing. The survey was very detailed but in a layout which was easy to follow and understand. They were always easy to contact and happy to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommendPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can highly recommend John Brownlow at Edward Genesis. I’ve had a number of surveys over the years conducted by large corporate companies and I’ve found to my cost that they often fall short. Edward Genesis on the other hand are exceptionally thorough and the report compiled by John was detailed accurate and exceptionally well written. It also contained clear pictures to highlight any issues of concern. Overall excellent service and I would definitely use them in the future.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a Level 3 survey carried out by Mr Brownlow from Edwards Genesis as well as a valuation. From beginning to end, we received nothing but exceptional service. Mr Brownlow was professional and kept us updated about when he would be conducting the survey, once it was completed and the expected wait for the report. The Level 3 report itself is of exceptional quality. It contains a lot of detail about the surrounding area and about the property we are wanting to purchase. This survey has saved us a lot of money because although the house looks immaculate and well presented, it is potentially a lemon and super overpriced. I am most grateful for Edwards Genesis’ help and support during this process.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend these guys. Professional & honest, start to finish.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really efficient and professional service provided by Edward Genesis team for a H2B redemption report. The appointment was straightforward, and they were happy to accomodate an earlier appointment time for us. They also provided good professional advice on the whole process. 5 stars!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Smashing, what else is there to say, chose them!Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t recommend John and Edwards Genesis enough! When first getting in contact to get a quote, now to getting the survey results and ringing to ask for advice John has always been really helpful and happy to answer any queries. For a level 2 it only took 3 days to get the report which was very detailed. Also a very fair price compared to other quotes I got.
