Have questions about Expo 2026? Find key information below.

The purpose of Expo is to help to build relationships between all partners across the new Norfolk and Suffolk health and care system. There is a strong evidence base for the importance of building trust and relationships between local health and care organisations.

The costs for Expo are deliberately kept very low. The event is made possible by using existing resources from the health and care system. This includes the role of co-ordination which is managed by existing staff who do this in addition to their usual day to day roles. Catering is not provided and delegates are expected to purchase their own refreshments. ‘For profit’ organisations who participate are charged for their attendance.

Expo is organised by a small team of NHS staff working in collaboration with colleagues in NHS Norfolk & Suffolk ICB, Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council. Staff working on the project do this in additional to their usual roles.
